The temple of Poseidon in Sounio before sunrise; The Twilight of the Gods. The still before the rising of the sun, the full moon, the calm of the sea and the light on the Temple of Poseidon created a magical and serene atmosphere which was quite inspiring. Although I took some good photos there, I am not finished with that place.
The title Twilight of the Gods is taken from the name of the album by the band Bathory. It is a title that I always liked and since this photo is about twilight and an ancient temple, I thought that it is quite fitting.

Ο ναός του Ποσειδώνα στο Σούνιο πριν το ξημέρωμα˙ Το Λυκόφως των Θεών. Η ησυχία πριν το ξημέρωμα, το ολόγιομο φεγγάρι, η ηρεμία της θάλασσας και το φως στο ναό του Ποσειδώνα δημιουργούσαν μια μαγική και γαλήνια ατμόσφαιρα. Παρά το γεγονός ότι τράβηξα κάποιες καλές φωτογραφίες εκεί, δεν έχω τελειώσει με τη περιοχή!
Τον τίτλο Twilight of the Gods – Το Λυκόφως των Θεών τον έχω πάρει από τον δίσκο του συγκροτήματος Bathory με το ίδιο όνομα. Πάντα μου άρεσε σαν τίτλος και αφού η φωτογραφία έχει να κάνει με το φως πριν από την αυγή και με έναν αρχαίο ναό, θεωρώ ότι ταιριάζει.
