Floating Platform by Michael Jackobo.

Part of a floating pier, adrift in a pond, with a bird standing on it. Another photo I took in the park at Arta. There was a small pier in the pond which had one part of it disconnected from the rest and it was floating adrift around the lace it was anchored. When I passed by that spot, I noticed the bird standing on the floating platform and I went down to the pier to take a photo.
As I was approaching, I was very careful because birds usually take flight when they see a human getting close. I was lucky in this occasion; although it became agitated at one point, it stayed where it stood throughout the time it took me to take the shot.
I chose to make the photo as a landscape shot, with the bird on the floating platform being an element in the frame. I think it works!

Πλωτή Πλατφόρμα.

Μέρος μια πλωτής αποβάθρας, πλέει ελεύθερα σε μια λιμνούλα, με ένα πουλί να στέκεται πάνω της. Άλλη μία φωτογραφία που τράβηξα στο πάρκο στην Άρτα. Υπήρχε μια μικρή αποβάθρα στη λιμνούλα που ένα μέρος είχε αποκολληθεί από το υπόλοιπο και επέπλεε ελεύθερα γύρω από το σημείο που ήταν αγκυροβολημένη. Όταν πέρασα από το σημείο, είδα το πουλί να στέκεται πάνω στο ελεύθερο μέρος και πήγα στην αποβάθρα για να το φωτογραφήσω.
Όπως πλησίαζα, ήμουν ιδιαίτερα προσεκτικός γιατί τα πουλιά συνήθως φεύγουν όταν δουν έναν άνθρωπο να έρχεται κοντά τους. Σε αυτή τη περίπτωση ήμουν τυχερός, γιατί ενώ κάποια στιγμή ενοχλήθηκε, παρέμεινε στο σημείο που στεκόταν όσο χρειάστηκα για να κάνω τη λήψη.
Επέλεξα να κάνω τη φωτογραφία σαν μια εικόνα τοπίου, με το πουλί στην πλατφόρμα να είναι ένα σημείο του κάδρου. Μια επιλογή που θεωρώ ότι ήταν σωστή!
